Homemade Healthy Dog Treats With Carrot And Parsley Recipes

OAT, BANANA, CARROT, AND PARSLEY DOG TREATS

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 325 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
• Place the oats in a blender and pulse until it becomes a flour-like consistency.
• Pour into a large bowl and add the fresh parsley, grated carrots, mashed banana, egg, and olive oil.
• Mix until well combined and knead until moistened.
• Turn dough onto a well-floured surface. Use your hands to flatten the dough and shape it into a circle 1/4 inch thick, using a bit of flour if needed.
• Use a small dog bone cutter to cut out treats.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350F
• Line baking tray with silicone baking mat
• Grate cheese and carrot
• Chop parsley
• Put flour, wheat germ and salt into large bowl and stir well
• Add grated cheese and stir to mix
• Put bone broth, milk and olive oil into small bowl and whisk together
• Slowly add wet ingredients to dry, mixing well after each addition
• Use your hands to form dough
• Turn dough out onto floured wax paper
• Dust rolling pin with flour and roll dough out to 1/4 inch thickness
• Cut dough to desired shapes with cookie cutters
• Bake at 350F for 25 minutes
• Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
• Store in airtight container for 7 days in the pantry, or for 2 weeks in the refrigerator

Steps:

• Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
• Mix carrots, oats, and apple together in a large bowl. Whisk peanut butter and eggs until thoroughly combined in a second bowl. Pour into the oat mixture and stir until thoroughly combined.
• Drop 1 1/2 tablespoonfuls of batter onto the prepared baking sheets. Flatten each treat with your hands until they are 1/2-inch thick.
• Bake in the preheated oven until treats are firm to the touch and begin to brown on the bottom, 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes on the baking sheets before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
