1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Sriracha chili sauce
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 8 thighs)
3/4 cup brown ale
3 tablespoons cornstarch
3 tablespoons water
12 slider buns
Optional: Sweet pickles and additional Sriracha sauce

Steps:

  • In a 3- or 4-qt. slow cooker, combine the first 8 ingredients. Add chicken and ale; toss to coat. Cook, covered, on low until chicken is tender, 6-8 hours. Remove meat; when cool enough to handle, shred with 2 forks., Strain cooking juices; skim fat. Transfer juices to a small saucepan; bring to a boil. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into saucepan. Return to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 5 minutes. Add chicken to the sauce; toss to coat. Serve on buns. Add pickles and additional Sriracha sauce if desired.

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch freshly ground black pepper
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
4 chicken cutlets, each cut in three uniform pieces
One 12-ounce/12-count package King's Hawaiian sweet rolls
1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) salted butter, melted
2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp and halved
6 slices sharp Cheddar, halved
3/4 cup ranch dressing
12 small Bibb lettuce leaves
12 thin slices Roma tomato
3/4 cup canned fried onions
1/2 cup jarred pickled jalapeños, drained

Steps:

  • For the marinade: Combine the honey, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, paprika, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper flakes in a large bowl.
  • Add the chicken cutlets and toss to coat. You can the cook the cutlets straight away or cover and marinate in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.
  • For the rolls: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  • Place the rolls on a sheet pan. Brush the tops of the rolls with the melted butter and sprinkle over the seasoning. Bake to warm through and toast slightly, 5 to 6 minutes, then set aside.
  • For the filling: Meanwhile, grill the chicken pieces for 3 to 4 minutes on the first side. Flip and top each with a halved piece of bacon and a halved piece of Cheddar. Continue to cook until the cheese is melted and the chicken is cooked through, 3 to 4 more minutes. Remove.
  • Separate the rolls and slice in half horizontally. Place the bottoms on a platter and top each one with a tablespoon of ranch dressing, a lettuce leaf and a chicken piece. Add a slice of tomato, some fried onions and pickled jalapeños to each. Add the tops of the rolls and place a decorative toothpick through each slider. Serve.

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to high heat.

  • Coat the chicken breasts with the oil and season on all sides with salt and pepper.
  • Place the chicken breasts directly on the hot grill lined with foil and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until grill marks have formed.
  • Transfer the chicken in a slow cooker lined with a Reynolds® Slow Cooker Liner and pour in water and BBQ sauce and cook on high heat for 3 hours or low heat for 5 hours.
  • Pull the chicken apart using two forks until it is shredded and keep warm.

2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, grated
½ cup white onion, grated
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
1 ½ cups shredded monterey jack cheese
4 medium jalapenoes, cut into 1/4 (6 mm)
1 package sweet slider buns
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
6 tablespoons stone ground mustard
3 tablespoons honey, clover
1 cup shredded green cabbage
1 cup shredded red cabbage
2 medium carrots, shredded
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 ½ teaspoons rice vinegar
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
1 tablespoon honey, clover
1 tablespoon sesame seed

Steps:

  • Make the chicken burger: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, salt, pepper, paprika, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and onion. Mix well until evenly distributed.
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet with nonstick spray.
  • Press half of the chicken mixture into an 11 x 10-inch (23 x 21 cm) rectangle in the center of the prepared baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle the cheese over the chicken patty and layer the jalapeños on top. Top with the remaining chicken mixture, spreading evenly.
  • Bake the chicken burger for 30-40 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  • While the burger cooks, make the sauce and slaw. For the sauce, mix together the mayonnaise, Dijon, and honey in a small bowl.
  • For the slaw, toss together the green and red cabbage and carrots in a medium bowl. Add the salt and rice vinegar and toss well.
  • Using a serrated knife, gently cut the slider buns in half to create a large top and bottom bun for the burger. Spread the bottom bun with the some of the sauce.
  • Using a spatula, transfer the burger patty to the bottom bun. Top with the slaw, drizzle with the remaining sauce, and cover with the top bun.
  • Make the glaze: In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, honey, and sesame seeds. Brush the glaze over the top bun.
  • Slice between each row of buns, creating 12 sliders.
  • Serve warm.
