Steps:
- Place paneer in a bowl and add enough cornstarch to coat; mix well.
- Heat oil large skillet over medium heat; fry paneer until golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes per side. Transfer paneer to a paper towel-lined plate, reserving oil in the skillet.
- Combine garlic and ginger in the hot oil; add onion, green chile peppers, and bell pepper. Cook and stir until vegetables are golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Mix soy sauce, chile sauce, tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and remaining cornstarch into onion mixture, stirring in water if mixture is too thick. Add paneer; cook and stir until gravy is thickened, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove skillet from heat and garnish chili with cilantro and green onions.

One of the blokes at work always brings in pots of food for his lunch which I eye up jealously. One of these was Hot Chilli Paneer which his wife kindly gave me the recipe for. Phew! It's definitely spicy! Thanks Manisha!

Steps:
- Dry-fry the dried chilies in a pan for a couple of minutes over a medium heat.
- Add coriander seeds and turmeric and grind for a further minute.
- Grind spices and dried chilies to a fine powder.
- Fry the onion in oil until browned.
- Add green chilies and fry until soft.
- Stir in ground spices and fry for another minute.
- Add tomato and stir until everything is well blended.
- Stir in Paneer and fry in spice paste, stirring until well coated - for about 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and serve with chapatti.

- Fry the Bellpepper. Just like we fried the paneer, we should fry the bell paper in oil with mix of leftover batter. Steps: 1. Put the bellpepper in left over batter (no new batter preparation needed)
- Finally, Prepration of Chilli Paneer 1. Heat the pan on medium flame 2. Put the oil (1 tbsp) 3. the add the Ginger 4. Add green chilly and stir fry for 1/2 minutues.
- Add Salt and Spices. Turn down the flame to lowest. Add the fried paneer and bellpepper in it. Mix them and let them soak for 2 minutes. Turn off the flame and your chilli paneer is ready.
- The Happy Step. Your chilli paneer is ready and you can serve it now. How to eat? You can just eat chilli paneer or you can get some bread and eat them.
