Steps:

Over low heat, add milk and chocolate chips to a small saucepan.
Stir until milk and chocolate chips are combined (approximately 10-15 minutes).
Pour the hot chocolate mixture into a mug.
Add cinnamon, mint syrup, and peppermint stick.
