HOT DOG CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°. In a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in the flour, salt and pepper until smooth. Gradually add milk. Bring to a boil; cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 2 minutes. , In a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish, layer with a third of the potatoes, half of the hot dogs and half of the onion. Repeat layers. Top with remaining potatoes. Pour white sauce over all., Bake, covered, for 1 hour. Uncover; sprinkle with cheese. Bake until potatoes are tender, 10-15 minutes longer.

HOT DOG CASSEROLE

Steps:

• 1. Cook noodles via box directions. Drain and put aside. Warm up chili sauce if ready to serve. If not, prepare by instruction. If you want to add fries, bake in oven via instructions at this time too.
• 2. Cut up hotdog and onion.
• 3. Add onion, brown sugar, lemon juice, worch sauce, salt, paprika, and water in skillet. Simmer for 15 minutes.
• 4. Place pasta, hotdogs, and chili sauce in a heat resistant bowl and stir. Add sauce mixture to it.
• 5. Place different alternating layers of hotdog and fries and cheese in casserole dish.
• 6. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

HOT DOG AND NOODLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• In a large kettle, cook noodles and drain. In a saucepan,melt butter and stir in flour.
• While stirring, slowly add milk.
• When mixture comes to a boil, add cheese and salt and stiruntil cheese is melted.
• Add this to the cooked noodles and pour into greasedbaking dish.
• Mix topping together and then add hot dogs.
• Put on top of noodles.
• Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

MOMMA'S HOT DOG CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook the rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain.
• Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook and stir onions until translucent, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer onions to a large bowl and mix cooked rotini, tomato soup, hot dogs, corn with its juice, dill pickle relish, and yellow mustard into onions. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
• Bake in the preheated oven until bubbling and the top is lightly browned, about 1 hour.

HOT DOG EGG NOODLE CASSEROLE

Steps:

• Melt butter in large pot.
• Add onions and sauté for about 1 minute on medium heat.
• Add chopped hot dogs and sauté for 1 minute.
• Add 2 cans of tomato soup and of milk.
• Add egg noodles and mix well.
• Cover and let simmer until egg noodles are tender.
• Add cheddar cheese and cover and let cheese melt.
• Salt and pepper to taste.

REDNECK TUBE STEAK CASSEROLE (HOT DOG)

Steps:

• Cook noodles in boiling salted water drain. Set aside.
• Add butter to large skillet. Saute the onions, garlic, and hot dogs with oregano and basil. Stir together the cream of mushroom soup and milk. Add to skillet with the drained tomatoes. Taste and adjust seasonings with salt and pepper.
• Stir in the noodles and cook through. Add the parsley. Serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese
• Variation: This is good with a can of pork and beans added also
