1 package lime jello (3 ounces)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup chilled jameson irish whisky

Steps:

Combine the Jello and boiling water in a bowl. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Let set until it comes to room temperature. Slowly stir in the whisky. Pour into a glass shot glasses and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.

Steps:

Whisk together the milk, liquor, and instant pudding in a bowl until combined. Add cool whip a little at a time with whisk. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses, disposable party shot cups or 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

2/3 cup seltzer water
12 pimento-stuffed martini olives, plus 3 tablespoons olive juice
One 1/4-ounce package unflavored gelatin (about 2 1/2 teaspoons)
1 cup vodka or gin
1/3 cup dry vermouth

Steps:

Combine the seltzer water and olive juice in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin on top and leave it to bloom for 5 minutes.
Microwave the bloomed gelatin mixture until dissolved, about 30 seconds. Stir in the vodka or gin and dry vermouth. Divide the mixture among twelve 2-ounce glasses and place an olive in each glass. Refrigerate until set, at least 3 hours.

1 can sweetened condensed milk
6 envelopes unflavored gelatin
4 3/4 cups boiling water - divided
1/4 cup cold water
Whipped topping, for garnish
Sprinkles, for garnish
36 plastic shot glasses, or any glass will work

Steps:

NOTE: This recipe makes enough to fill 36 shot glasses, you can divide the jello in half, but you will have leftover milk. You could also divide the can of milk in half, if you want the leftover milk. In a small bowl, combine lime jello, 2 envelopes gelatin and 2 cups boiling water, stir until jello is dissolved. Pour into glasses, filling about 1/3 full. Place in fridge until set, about 20 minutes In a small bowl combine sweetened condensed milk and 1 cup boiling water, stir well. In another small bowl, add cold water and sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, set aside for 1 minute. Add 3/4 cup boiling water and stir well. Add to milk mixture and stir. Pour on top of lime jello, filling another 1/3 amount. Place in fridge until set, about 20 minutes. In a small bowl, combine orange jello, 2 envelopes gelatin and 2 cups boiling water, stir until jello is dissolved. Pour into glasses, filling the remainder of the glass. Place in fridge until set, about 20 minutes Garnish with whipped topping and sprinkles. I used Cool Whip in a decorator bag and a giant round tip. Steps:

Sprinkle 1/2 package unflavored gelatin into a heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling water on top, stirring to dissolve. Add Irish cream liqueur and stir until well incorporated. Fill shot glasses halfway and refrigerate until set, 2 to 4 hours.
Sprinkle remaining 1/2 package unflavored gelatin into a heat-resistant bowl and pour boiling coffee on top, stirring to dissolve. Add Irish cream liqueur and stir until well incorporated. Pour coffee mixture into the half-filled shot glasses on top of the previous layer. Return to the refrigerator and chill until set, 2 to 4 hours.
