Steps:
- Line a 9-inch dish with foil and grease lightly. Melt white chocolate according to package directions. Add frosting until mixture is smooth. Remove form heat to cool slightly. Mixture should be warm and "stir-able," but not too warm to melt the jelly beans. Add jelly beans and stir until evenly distributed. Spread mixture in prepared pan and cool to room temperature.
- Put in refrigerator and cool for two hours or more. Remove foil and cut fudge into small pieces. Enjoy yourself or give as a gift!

Jean is very dear friend that gave me this recipe when we worked together, she was a mentor, friend and colleague. The marshmallows make this recipe fail-proof easy. This is smooth and perfect every time.

- Butter a 7 x 11 inch pan. Set aside.
- In a 3 quart saucepan, mix together sugar, condensed milk, butter or margarine, and marshmallows. Cook over low heat and bring to a boil. Boil 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Add vanilla, nuts, and chocolate chips. Stir until chips are melted.
- Pour into prepared pan. Cool. Cut.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 325°F. Generously grease and flour bundt pan. Toss jelly beans with 2 tablespoons flour and set aside. In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
- In large bowl, beat sugar, butter, cream cheese and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture and blend well.
- Spoon 1 cup batter into bottom of prepared pan. Stir jelly beans into remaining batter.
- Bake 50 to 60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes and then invert onto serving plate and cool complete.
