Keto Porridge image

This tastes like hot cereal, Maltomeal or cream of wheat! 8 net carbs for this 1 large serving. Protein and fat and fiber - perfect for a Keto eating regimen.

3/4 c water
2 Tbsp coconut flour
2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
1 dash(es) pink himilayin salt
1 large egg
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp sweetener like swerve
2 Tbsp heavy whipping cream
1/4 c fresh blueberries

Steps:

  • 1. In a medium saucepan on medium high heat, boil water, coconut flour, flaxseed and salt, whisking. Reduce heat to medium low.
  • 2. Beat egg in a small bowl and, while whisking, gradually add to mitxure in saucepan.
  • 3. Add cinnamon, butter, sweetener and half of the whipping cream and whisk. Continue to cook and whisk.
  • 4. After 4-5 min, pour into serving bowl and top with blueberries and remaining cream.
