12 large ice cubes
¼ cup So Delicious Dairy Free Unsweetened Coconut Milk Beverage
2 tablespoons sugar, or sweetener of choice
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
½ cup So Delicious Dairy Free Vanilla Coconut Milk Ice Cream, melted or CocoWhip

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients except for ice cream in a blender, and blend until smooth. Split into 2 glasses. Top with equal parts melted ice cream as the 'meringue' topping. Enjoy immensely!!

3-4 packets True Lemon (depending on the amount of tartness you enjoy)
2 packets Truvia or sweetener of choice
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, plain
1/4 cup small curd cottage cheese
1 cup ice
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (optional)

Steps:

  • Dissolve sweetener and True Lemon into almond milk. Combine all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. For a creamier smoothie, freeze Greek yogurt into ice cube trays before combining with other ingredients. Yields 1-2 servings.

Coarse yellow and white sugar
1-1/2 to 2 cups ice cubes
3 ounces limoncello
1 ounce half-and-half cream
1 tablespoon lemon sorbet
2 teaspoons lemon juice

Steps:

  • Rub lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass; dip rim in coarse sugar. Set aside., Fill a shaker three-fourths full with ice. Add the limoncello, cream, sorbet and lemon juice to shaker; cover and shake for 10-15 seconds or until condensation forms on outside of shaker. Strain into prepared glass.
