4 cups uncooked yolk-free noodles
1 can (10-3/4 ounces) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
4 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed
1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1 cup plain yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free milk
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast
1 cup crushed reduced-fat butter-flavored crackers (about 25 crackers)
3 tablespoons reduced-fat butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the soup, cream cheese, sour cream, yogurt, milk, parsley, onion powder and salt. Stir in chicken. , Drain noodles; toss with chicken mixture. Transfer to a 2-qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 40-45 minutes or until heated through.

1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cup whole milk
3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley or 1 tablespoon dried parsley flakes
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion salt
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1-1/4 cups crushed saltines (about 35 crackers)
1/2 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine the soup, cream cheese, sour cream, milk, parsley, salt and onion salt. Stir in chicken. , Drain noodles; toss with chicken mixture. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish. , Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over casserole. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2 1-oz. pkgs. ranch salad dressing mix
1/2 c. water
2 10-3/4 oz. cans cream of chicken soup
8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, cubed
12-oz. pkg. sliced mushrooms
16-oz. pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked

Steps:

  • Place chicken into a lightly greased slow cooker. Combine salad dressing mix, water and soup; pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low setting for 3 to 4 hours. Stir in cream cheese and mushrooms; cover and continue to cook for an additional 45 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear. Shred chicken or serve whole over egg noodles. Spoon sauce from slow cooker over top. Makes 8 servings.

10 ounces egg noodles
1 ½ pounds ground beef
1 (14.5 ounce) can peeled and diced tomatoes with juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 ½ cups sour cream
3 ounces cream cheese
½ onion, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Add the tomatoes with juice, salt and sugar and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • In a separate medium bowl, combine the sour cream, cream cheese and onion and mix well. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place half of the egg noodles, then all of the meat mixture, then the cream mixture. Top with the remaining noodles and sprinkle with the cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 minutes.

2 celery ribs, chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
4 tablespoons margarine
3 cups chicken breasts, cooked, and cubed
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (16 ounce) jar sun-dried tomato alfredo sauce
1/2 cup half-and-half cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
1 (8 ounce) package medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 cup corn flakes, crushed
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 tablespoons margarine, melted

Steps:

  • In a skillet, or large saucepan combine the first 5 ingredients through and including margargarine, and saute for 5 minutes.
  • Remove from heat, add chicken, mushrooms, alfredo sauce, cream, salt, chicken bouillon, and noodles, and mix well.
  • Pour into a buttered 3 quart baking dish.
  • Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over casserole.
