Maple Rum Hot Toddy Recipes

HOT MAPLE TODDY

Steps:

• Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
• Simmer over low heat until flavors blend.
• Serve hot in a cappuccino mug with a slice of butter and cinnamon stick.

HOT RUM TODDY

Steps:

• In a small saucepan, heat the Agave In The Raw® with the lemon zest until the liquid bubbles around the edges. Set aside to steep for 20 minutes. In a small mug, combine 3 tablespoons of the infused agave with the rum, lemon juice, tea, and boiling water. Add the cinnamon stick, if using. Serve hot.

MAPLE HOT TODDY

• How to mix:
• 1. Shake all ingredients (except hot water), and pour into a coffee mug.
• 2. Garnish with a lemon twist spiked with cloves and a cinnamon stick.

SPICY MAPLE AND RUM TOTTIE

Steps:

• In a shaker, combine the hot tea, rum, lemon juice and maple syrup. Using a stir stick, stir until incorporated fully and then transfer to a tea cup. Season with a small dash of cayenne pepper and garnish with a lemon twist.

UNCLE BILL'S HOT RUM TODDY

Steps:

• To a large heavy duty cup or glass, add rum, honey, lemon juice, 1/2 lemon rind, and nutmeg. Stand cinnamon stick in the cup.
• Pour the boiling water and stir well to blend.
• Adjust honey to suit your sweetness and adjust lemon juice to suit your taste.
• Sip slowly and enjoy.
