2 (10 ounce) cans Hunts tomato sauce
4 tablespoons onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons white vinegar or 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons paprika
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 -3 Splenda quick packs
2 lbs ground beef (mix and match if you'd like) or 2 lbs turkey (mix and match if you'd like)
1/2 onion, diced
1 egg
2 tablespoons mustard
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon pepper (to taste)

Steps:

  • First prepare the ketchup as it will be needed in the meatloaf. Mix all ketchup ingredients in a plastic bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix all meatloaf ingredients in a bowl with only 1/2 of ketchup.
  • Place in loaf pan with remaining ketchup on top of loaf.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Makes 9 slices.
  • Leftovers can be frozen, if there are any. lol.

1 cup finely chopped green peppers
1/2 cup each finely chopped celery and onions
1 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in medium skillet on medium heat. Add vegetables; cook 5 min. or until softened, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; stir in ketchup.
  • Mix remaining ingredients just until blended. Add half the ketchup mixture; mix lightly.
  • Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 1 hour or until done (160ºF). Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, cook remaining ketchup mixture in saucepan on medium heat until heated through, stirring frequently.
  • Slice meatloaf. Serve topped with ketchup mixture.

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat egg. Add the milk, cracker crumbs, onion, salt, sage and pepper. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into 2 loaves; place in a shallow baking dish coated with cooking spray. , Combine the ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce; spoon over meat loaves.
