1 (18.25 ounce) package chocolate cake mix
½ cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 cups butterscotch chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a large bowl. Add butterscotch chips and mix well.
  • Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until the center is just set. Let stand 2 minutes.
  • Remove to wire rack to cool completely.

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
3 eggs
3 teaspoons vanilla extract
3-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pinch each ground ginger, nutmeg and cloves
1-1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup butterscotch chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup brickle toffee bits

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger, nutmeg and cloves; gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in the chips, walnuts and toffee bits. , Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove to wire racks to cool.

1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup butterscotch chips
2 (1 5/8 ounce) hershey's milk chocolate candy bars

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray 1 or 2 sheets with cooking spray.
  • Break up cookie dough into bowl.
  • Stir in brown sugar and vanilla.
  • Stir in oats, butterscotch chips and finey chopped candy bars.
  • Dough will be stiff.
  • Drop 10 large cookies on the cookie sheets and flatten them to 1/2" thickness.
  • Bake 13-18 min, or until cookies are slightly puffed and edges are golden brown.
  • Cool 1 min on sheet, then transfer to cooling rack.
