This is the best cake ever!!! I like to make a frosting with equal parts Butter and Shortening and just enough Powder Sugar to make it thick. It is really yummy!!!!!

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 tablespoons vinegar
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups cold water

Steps:

Mix dry together and then add wet ingredients. Bake in a cake pan at 350 degrees for 45 min,.
