MOM'S EASY CHEESY TATER TOT CASSEROLE
This tasty potato casserole is one of those 'take me back to my childhood' meals. It's easy, inexpensive, and tastes like comfort and all things yummy. Best of all, it's kid approved!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Spray 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick spray. Set aside.
- In saucepan, combine the cream cheese, soup, and milk. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally.
- In skillet, combine the beef, minced onions, salt, and 1/4 tsp of pepper. Brown on high heat until there is no pink.
- Spread the beef evenly in the bottom of the casserole dish.
- Spread the tater tots over the beef layer. Try to eliminate as many 'bump' as possible.
- Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix, seasoning salt, and remainder of the pepper evenly over the tater tots.
- When the cream mixture is smooth, slowly poor it over the casserole. Use a spatulate to cover as many tots as possible. Jiggle the dish to make sure the mixture has made it to the beef layer. You can refrigerate at this stage. Cover the dish completely with foil and refrigerate for up to 24 hours. Remove from refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before putting into warm oven.
- Place on a rack in the middle of your oven.
- Bake for 30 minutes. Add an additional 20 minutes if chilled. The internal temperature should reach at least 165f for the casserole to be done.
- After baking time, remove from oven and sprinkle cheese over the top. Return to over for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
- Serve and enjoy!
BUSY MOM TATER TOT CASSEROLE
Need to feed a group of teenage boys (or men!). Need something quick, easy, filling and inexpensive. This is your recipe!! My son's friends would call me to ask when I was making this so they could drop by for a visit. Now they are all in college, and when they're home, I still get requests for this "man meal".

Steps:
- In a skillet, brown hamburger and onions. Drain and season with salt, pepper and Tony Chachere's (Cajun seasoning).
- Place tator tots in prepared 9 x 13 pyrex dish.
- Sprinkle hamburger and onions over tator tots.
- In a bowl, mix togethers soups. (you may add a little milk to thin this if desired) Spread over hamburger.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over top.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
- Enjoy!
MOM'S TATER TOTS CASSEROLE
My mom had a way with taking inexpensive or left-over meat and cream soups and inventing wonderful casseroles. Here's one of my childhood favorites.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In medium skillet over medium heat, sauté celery and onion in butter.
- Pour into large bowl and set aside (do not add to casserole dish yet).
- In skillet, brown the beef.
- Add salt and pepper to taste (I sometimes add a dash of garlic salt).
- Combine meat with celery and onion mixture.
- Place 1 layer of Tater Tots in the bottom of a round casserole dish.
- Top with meat mixture.
- Add another layer of Tater Tots on top of the meat.
- In separate bowl, combine soup and milk.
- Pour soup mixture evenly over top of casserole.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Cover with foil if Tater Tots get too brown.
MOM'S KILLER TATER TOT® QUICHE
This quiche is absolutely delicious and addictive. The crispy, buttery Tater Tot® potato crust is incredible. I have to tell myself I'm only going to make it on weekends!

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place potato nuggets in a large microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave until thawed, 1 to 2 minutes. Add butter and salt; mash together until potato nuggets are crumbled. Press evenly into a glass pie dish to make crust.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine Cheddar cheese, ham, Parmesan cheese, and flour in a bowl.
- Beat 4 eggs in a bowl until smooth. Add milk, onion, green bell pepper, salt, onion powder, and garlic powder. Stir into Cheddar cheese mixture until combined. Pour over crust.
- Bake in the preheated oven until set and golden, about 45 minutes. Let cool before slicing, 10 to 15 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Cook and stir ground beef, onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned and crumbly, 7 to 10 minutes. Spread beef into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
