1/2 cup salted butter (softened)
1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
4 1/2 cups oatmeal
1 teaspoon baking soda
10 ounces miniature M&M baking bits
1 cup chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a Jelly Roll (11 x 17) sheet by lining with parchment, silpat liner, or spray with cooking spray.
  • Mix together brown sugar, granulated sugar, peanut butter and butter until pale and fluffy.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract. Blend.
  • Add oats and baking soda. Mix.
  • Add M & M's and Chocolate chips and stir with wooden spoon until combined.
  • Bake for 17-20 minutes.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 8x8-inch baking pan.
  • Cream together butter and brown sugar. Mix in egg and vanilla.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and sea salt together. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the butter/sugar mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  • Stir in creamy peanut butter, oats, chocolate chips, and candy-coated chocolates. Spread mixture evenly in prepared baking pan.

Vegetable oil, water and egg called for on cookie mix pouch
2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup old-fashioned oats
1/2 cup M&M's® chocolate candies
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/3 cup finely chopped cocktail peanuts

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix cookie mix, oil, water, egg, peanut butter and oats with spoon until mixture comes together. Stir in candies, chocolate chips and peanuts. Press dough in bottom of pan.
  • Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 1 hour. Cut into 6 rows by 4 rows. Store in airtight container.
