1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 cup confectioners' sugar
3-1/2 cups cold 2% milk
2 packages (3.4 ounces each) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 carton (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (15-1/2 ounces) Oreo cookies, crushed
Shaved white chocolate, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, butter and confectioners' sugar until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes; let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set. Gradually stir into cream cheese mixture. Fold in whipped topping. , Spread 1-1/3 cups crushed cookies into an ungreased 13x9-in. dish. Layer with half the pudding mixture and half the remaining cookies. Repeat layers. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Serve with shaved white chocolate if desired.

1/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
2-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup 2% milk
24 ice cream cake cones (about 3 inches tall)
Frosting of your choice
Sprinkles or chopped peanuts, optional

Steps:

In a large bowl, cream the butter, peanut butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. , Place ice cream cones in muffin cups. Spoon about 3 tablespoons batter into each cone, filling to 3/4 in. from the top., Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool completely on wire racks. Frost and decorate as desired.

1 tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1 (8-ounce) container non-dairy frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 Keebler® Ready Crust® chocolate cookie crumb pie crust
hot fudge ice cream topping

Steps:

1. In large bowl beat milk, pudding mix and coffee crystals with wire whisk for 1 minute. Whisk in whipped topping. Spread in crust. Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm.2. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before cutting. Drizzle with ice cream topping. Store in freezer.
