NEELY'S GARLIC CHEESE BREAD

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Slice the bread in half, lengthwise.
- Add the garlic, herbs, butter, and Parmesan to the bowl of a food processor and pulse until well incorporated. Alternatively, you could fold the ingredients together using a rubber spatula.
- Spread the butter mixture down the inner length of both slices of the bread. Wrap the pieces in aluminum foil and put them onto a sheet tray. Bake until the bread crisps up and the cheese melts, about 10 minutes. At this point, remove the foil, sprinkle the slices with the mozzarella cheese and season with salt and pepper, to taste. Slide the bread back into oven until the cheese bubbles, about 5 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven to a cutting board and slice before serving.
3-CHEESE AND HERB GARLIC BREAD

- Preheat the oven to high broil. Mix the butter, garlic, Asiago, Parmesan, Romano and parsley in a medium bowl until completely combined. Spoon some of the mixture on one side of the bread slices and put on a baking sheet, butter side up.
- Broil until bread is toasted and cheese mixture is bubbling, 3 to 5 minutes. Serve hot.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine the butter, mayonnaise, green onions, garlic, Parmesan cheese, and Monterey Jack cheese in a large bowl. Cut each half of French bread into 4 pieces. Spread the cheese mixture evenly on the bread pieces.

CHEESY NO-GARLIC BREAD
Especially for the kids or people who don't like garlic. When wrapped in foil, these can be baked in an oven 200C for 15 minutes, placed on the barbeque grill or a grill pan

Steps:
- Cut each baguette into sideway slices but don't cut all the way through.
- Mix all the ingedients exept for the cheddar to make a herb butter.
- Spread the butter between the slices and poke in some cheddar.
- Wrap the bread in foil.
- These can be frozen for future use or baked at 200C for 12-15 minutes or placed on the bbq to toast, turning on each side.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, herbs, garlic, and cheese and mix until smooth.
- Slice the baguette in half lengthwise, then spread the butter mixture to your liking evenly on the cut sides of the baguette (any leftover mix can be frozen for up to 1 month).
- Place the baguette on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges.

NIF'S CHEESY FRESH HERB AND GARLIC BREAD
I came up with this because I had some fresh herbs on hand and wanted to make garlic bread. This is what I got! You can also use a teaspoon of each kind of dried herbs if you don't have fresh, but it won't be quite the same. Also, use whatever cheese you have on hand - this is just what I had. I hope you like it. Enjoy!

- Cut bread in half horizontally. Open loaf.
- Mix mayo, butter, garlic, rosemary, basil,parsley, green onion, salt and pepper.
- Mix cheeses together in a bowl. Put half of the cheese mixture in the mayo mixture and stir.
- Spread half of the mayo mixture on each half of the loaf. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
- I placed this over indirect heat in my BBQ for about 20 minutes, until heated through and the cheese was melted. I was cooking the steak on the other half of the BBQ so it was easy to keep an eye on it.
- You could bake this in the oven at 350F, but I didn't want to list how long you would bake it for because I didn't make it that way. I would guess 15 minutes.

CHEESY GARLIC BREAD | HERB

- Cut the bread in half, horizontally. Mix the Cannabutter, garlic, and parsley together in a small bowl. Spread butter mixture over the two bread halves. Place on a sturdy baking pan (one that can handle high temperatures, not a cookie sheet) and heat in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the bread. Return to oven on the highest rack. Broil on high heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges of the bread begin to toast and the cheese (if you are using cheese) bubbles. Watch very carefully while broiling. The bread can easily go from un-toasted to burnt.
- Remove from oven, let cool a minute. Remove from pan and make 1-inch thick slices. Serve immediately.
