3 garlic clives, minced
1 tbls sweet hungarian paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Chill at least 3-4 hrs to let flavors meld. Best served tossed onto chopped iceberg lettuce.

1/8 teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Mix together in large bowl, until smooth.
  • Refrigerate up to 7 days in covered container.
