No-Churn Nutella Ice Cream! image

4 ingredient, 2 step no-churn Nutella theme ice-Cream - no need to churn, simply whisk and freeze!

600 ml double cream
397 g can condensed milk (I used light condensed milk)
1 tsp vanilla extract
300 g nutella
chopped hazelnuts
chocolate ice cream sauce

Steps:

  • Pour the condensed milk, double cream, vanilla extract and the yummy nutella into a mixer and whisk until a thick mousse like texture is formed and it holds itself. This can take up to and over 5 minutes!
  • Pour into a loaf tin or freezer proof container and cover
  • Freeze for 6-8 hours or preferably overnight so it has time to get to the correct texture and it is easier to serve
  • When serving, ideally remove from the freezer 30 minutes before you want it
  • Enjoy!

Easy, No-Bake Nutella® Pie image

I had a graham cracker crust and a jar of Nutella® to use up, and this recipe was born. This pie takes literally 5 minutes to make and is similar to a fluffy chocolate mousse pie, but with a flavor twist. Enjoy!

1 (13 ounce) jar chocolate-hazelnut spread (such as Nutella®), divided
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Spread 1/4 cup of the hazelnut spread over the bottom of the graham cracker crust.
  • Beat remaining hazelnut spread and cream cheese together in a bowl until smooth. Fold whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture; pour into the pie crust and spread evenly.
  • Refrigerate until well chilled, 4 hours to overnight.

  • This ice cream takes two amazing flavours and swirles them together to form an amazing combo. If you have a self refrigerating ice cream churner you can make it the same night, other wise see notes if you need to refreeze your churning bowl and make it over two nights
  • Add cream, Nutella and salt and glucose syrup if using to a mixing bowl. Beat with a hand mixer or stand mixer until fully combined.
