Good Morning Sunburst - an Orange Juice Mocktail image

This Good Morning Sunburst - an Orange Juice Mocktail with grenadine and rosemary is the perfect way to spruce up any breakfast or brunch table.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1/2 cup orange juice ((approx) (120 milliliters) - frozen into ice cube spheres)
8 ounces sparking water ((240 milliliters))
2 tablespoons grenadine syrup ((use more or less depending on your preference))
2 teaspoons vanilla syrup ((optional) (use more or less depending on your preference))
1 sprig rosemary

Steps:

  • Place two orange juice ice cube spheres into a 12 ounce glass.
  • Add in sparking water. Slowly pour in the grenadine syrup. If you would like, slowly pour in the vanilla syrup.
  • Serve with a sprig of rosemary and a straw.

handful of green grapes
handful of blueberries
4 tbsp grenadine
300-400ml orange juice
sparkling water , to top up
4 bamboo skewers

Steps:

  • Thread the grapes and blueberries onto the skewers to make stirrers.
  • Pour the grenadine into four glasses. Gently tip the glasses and pour the orange juice down the inside of the glasses so it sits on top of the grenadine. Top up with sparking water, and add the stirrers to serve.
