These Oreo pops are a great activity to enjoy with the kids on the weekends or for Valentines day. They also work as fun treats to make for kids birthday parties!

12 Oreo cookies (classic)
150 grams White cooking chocolate
100 grams Colourful sprinkles

Steps:

Take 12 oreo cookies out of the packet and put them on a microwaveable plate.
Microwave for 15 seconds.
Gently twist the top biscuit layer off and place the lolly stick into the cream. Put the Oreo back together.
Melt your chocolate by placing it in a glass bowl over a saucepan of boiling water. Gently heat until melted.
Pour the melted chocolate into a bowl. The bowl should have enough depth to allow you to dip your whole Oreo cookie in the chocolate.
Holding each Oreo pop by the stick, dip it into the chocolate until covered.
Lay the sprinkles out on a shallow plate and coat the chocolate dipped Oreo pops around in them.
Set aside on baking paper or stand upright and pop in the fridge to solidify.

1 package Oreo cookies
1 package candy melts
Sprinkles
Lollipop sticks

Steps:

Carefully insert the lollipop sticks into the frosting layer of the Oreos.
Melt the candy melts according to the instructions on the pacakage.
Dip the Oreos on a stick halfway into melted candy melts.
Let the excess drip off and set the Oreo Pops on a piece of waxed paper.
Add a few sprinkles for additional color.

Ingredients

20 wooden popsicle sticks or 20 lollipop sticks
20 Oreo Double Stuff cookies (must use Double Stuff or it won't work)
1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips or 1 (12 ounce) package white chocolate chips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil (I use 1/4 block paraffin)
chopped nuts
colored sprinkles
coconut
miniature candies like miniature M&M's chocolate candies or Reese's pieces

Steps:

To form Oreo® Pops, hold both outsides of oreo with good hold but not too hard, slide the stick in the cream filling gently glide it in but make sure not to have it go to the other side. (I have also heard if you put them on the defrost mode of microwave for 10 seconds before putting the stick in that it helps). Put in freezer for 10 minutes.
In a small saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate and oil until melted and smooth, stirring constantly. I have melted in this in the microwave on 70% power for 1 minute - stir, then additional 20-30 seconds until melted.
Dip each cookie into the melted chocolate, coating evenly. Place dipped cookies on greased waxed paper and decorate with your choice of items.
Put cookies in fridge for an hour or until set. Then wrap in plastic wrap and tie with a bow for gift-giving.

4 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
10 Oreo cookies

Steps:

Place cream cheese and confectioners sugar in a mixer with whisk attachment, and beat on medium speed until smooth. Reduce to low speed and slowly pour heavy cream into bowl with cream cheese. Place mixing bowl in freezer for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally until thick, but still pourable.
Rough chop 5 Oreos. Place other 5 Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
Place chopped Oreos in molds and pour in cheesecake mix. Place in freezer for 3 to 4 hours.
Unmold popsicles and roll in Oreo crumbs.
