1 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. of vinegar
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 cup of salad oil
2 to 3 tsp. poppyseeds

Steps:

1. Combine honey, salt, vinegar and mustard; gradually add in oil, beat thoroughly until mixture is well blended. 2. Stir in poppyseeds. 3. Cover and chill for several hours before serving 4. Shake well before serving

In a blender or food processor, combine sugar, vinegar, salt, mustard and onion and process for 20 seconds. With blender or food processor on high, gradually add oil in a slow, steady stream. Stir in poppy seeds.

6 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 cup slice strawberry
1 cup fresh blueberries
1 cup mandarin orange
1 cup pineapple chunks in juice
1/2 cup pecans
grilled chicken breast, chunks (if you want meat)
1/2 cup mayonnaise, i use light
1/4 cup skim milk
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/8 cup white vinegar
1 tablespoon poppy seed

Steps:

Toss salad ingredients together in a large bowl.
Whisk dressing ingredients together in a seperate bowl.
Drizzle Desired amount of dressing over the salad.
Serve and enjoy!
