This papaya smoothie for weight loss is low fat and low fodmap. It is vegan, creamy, and super easy to make with only 4 ingredients: papaya, banana, hemp seeds, and almond milk. Simple yet absolutely delicious.

1 cup fresh papaya
½ banana
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1 cup almond milk
2 ice cubes

Steps:

  • Chop a medium to small papaya in half and peel the skin off half using a knife. Take the seeds out. Place in the blender with banana, hemp seeds, and almond milk. Add in 2 ice cubes and blend on high for 20 seconds.
