PEACH AND ORANGE BLOSSOM HONEY POPS

Steps:

• 1. Place the yogurt, milk, condensed milk, honey, peaches and preserves in a blender. Blend until smooth. 2. Divide the mixture evenly among the pop molds, pouring so that you leave about one-half inch of headroom at the top. Once they are filled, tap the molds gently against the counter, allowing the liquid to settle evenly into the molds and dislodging any air bubbles that may have formed. Cover the molds and fit with popsicle sticks, if necessary. Freeze the molds until completely firm, at least 5 hours. For easy unmolding, run the frozen pops under warm water for 10 to 15 seconds before removing them.

PEACH BLOSSOM SUNRISE

Steps:

• Combine orange juice and peach schnapps in a pitcher; refrigerate until chilled, about 30 minutes.
• Pour about 1/2 cup chilled juice mixture into six 8-ounce glasses; add 2 to 3 ice cubes to each glass. Pour 3 to 4 tablespoons champagne into each glass. Drizzle 1/2 teaspoon grenadine into each drink without stirring. Garnish each glass with a peach slice.

HONEY-ORANGE POACHED PLUMS

Steps:

• Put the plums in a pan with just enough water to cover them, then pour over the honey, orange blossom water and juice. Bring to a simmer, then cover and cook for 15 mins until the plums are tender through to the stone, but not mushy.
• Using a slotted spoon, lift out the plums to a serving dish. Bring the liquid back to the boil and simmer to a thin syrup. Pour over the plums and leave to cool. (You can peel the plums to serve, if you like a posher finish.)
• Serve with crunchy biscuits like our Honey-bread biscuits (see 'Goes well with'), and Greek or frozen yogurt.
