Peach Cobbler made with Splenda image

This is made just like the regular cobbler ,except I use Splenda instead of sugar. It don't brown as well but brush egg white on top of crust after it forms and it is terrific.

Splenda, 1.5 cup
Low Fat Baking Mix, 0.75 cup
*Peaches, fresh, 4 cup slices
Milk, nonfat, 0.75 cup
Butter, salted, 0.50 stick

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Melt butter in a 3 Qt. baking dish.Set aside. Combine Baking,3/4 cup Splenda and fat-free milk.Blend until smooth. Pour batter in the middle of the melted butter.(DO NOT STIR) Pour peaches and the other 3/4 cup of Splenda into the center of the batter.Gently press peaches down evenly into batter. Bake at 350F.for 45 mins to 1 hour,until crust is golden brown.When cobbler is almost done you can brush egg white on top of crust to make it brown better if you wish.

Easy Fruit Cobbler With Splenda image

This is a variation of recipe #73927 but made with splenda. I've made this with blackberries, strawberries and blueberries and it came out great.

1/2 cup Splenda granular
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup skim milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups fruit

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.
  • Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.
  • Add the fruit right on top.
  • The crust will come up over the fruit and cover it.
  • Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
