CRUNCHY PEANUT BUTTER WRAPS
We made these last night for a quick snack and they were great. Loved the tartness of the apple with the crunch of the granola Cereal. The amounts of all the ingredients can be adjusted for personal preference.

- Spread peanut butter over each tortilla.
- Warm in the microwave for 10-15 seconds(optional).
- Sprinkle with chopped apple and granola.
- Roll up tortillas and cut in half.
- Enjoy.

Steps:
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a small bowl. Spread one tablespoon of peanut butter onto one side of 8 slices of bread.
- Arrange apple slices on 4 slices of bread. Sprinkle the cinnamon/sugar mixture evenly over the apples. Top with the remaining 4 slices of bread, peanut butter face down.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry sandwiches until browned, about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.

- In a bowl, combine flour and salt; cut in shortening until crumbly. Gradually add water, tossing with a fork until a ball forms. On a lightly floured surface, roll out pastry into a 10-in. square; brush with 1 tablespoon butter. Fold into thirds. Roll into a 10-in. x 6-in. rectangle; cut lengthwise into four strips.
