- In a large bowl, beat eggs and brown sugar for 3 minutes. Add the peanut butter, butter and milk; mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add to sugar mixture, beating just until blended. Stir in the peanut butter cups. , Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

The kids I baby-sit for love these moist chewy bars. There's plenty of peanut butter flavor plus a yummy chocolate frosting and a sprinkling of peanut butter chips.

- In a large bowl, cream the peanut butter, butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine the flour and baking powder; add to creamed mixture alternately with milk, beating well after each addition. Stir in chips. , Spread into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean (do not overbake). Cool on a wire rack., For frosting, in a small bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, milk, corn syrup and vanilla. Gradually add confectioners' sugar; beat until smooth. Frost brownies. Sprinkle with chips. Cut into bars.

I made these to take to a school party for my step-son. They were delicious and the kids loved them. This recipe is from The Magnolia Bakery.

Steps:
- Grease and flour a 18 x 12 inch jelly roll pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and peanut butter until fluffy.
- Add in the sugar and beat until smooth.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla; mix until well combined.
- Add in the flour and beat until well mixed.
- Evenly spread the batter into the jelly roll pan.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until a pick comes out with moist crumbs attached.
- Let cool to room temperature.
- In a saucepan, melt the peanut butter chips and cream over medium heat, stirring until smooth.
- Drizzle the mixture over the cooled blondies.
- Sprinkle the chopped Heath bars and peanuts on top.
- Let cool to room temperature before slicing and serving.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 13x9 pan by lightly spraying with cooking spray. Cream butter and brown sugar together on medium speed until pale and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla until combined. Add flour, baking soda and salt and beat just until combined. Fold in Heath bits and chocolate chips. Spread batter into prepared pan and carefully press dough evenly into pan. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are golden and a toothpick comes out with a few crumbs attached. Place pan on a wire rack to cool completely. To aid in cutting, you can place in the fridge for 15 minutes before cutting.
