Peanut Butter Raisin Bran Cookies Recipes

PEANUT BUTTER AND BRAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• In a bowl, beat together the butter, brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, peanut butter and eggs. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, bran, oats, and baking soda. Stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture until smooth. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake for 15 to 18 minutes in the preheated oven. Remove to a rack to cool.

PEANUT BUTTER RAISIN BRAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg until blended. Stir in flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir in cereal.
• On ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet.

KELLOGG'S RAISIN BRAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325*. Stir cereal, flours and baking soda together and set aside.
• In a large bowl, beat margarine and both sugars together until light and fluffy.
• Add eggs and beat well.
• Stir in the dry ingredients (cereal-flour mixture), mixing thoroughly.
• Drop by level 1/4 cup measure onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake at 325* for 12-14 minutes, until lightly brown.
• Cool and wrap individaully (for on-the-go eating!).

PEANUT BUTTER & RAISIN COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. In small mixing bowl, combine flour, soda, and cinnamon. Set aside.2. In large mixing bowl, beat margarine, peanut butter, and sugar until light and fluffy. Add honey, egg whites, and raisins. Beat well. Stir in flour mixture. Add KELLOGG'S COMPLETE Wheat Bran Flakes cereal, mixing until well combined. Drop by level measuring-tablespoon onto baking sheets lightly coated with cooking spray.3. Bake at 375°F about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on wire rack 3 minutes before removing from baking sheet. Store in airtight container.

Steps:

• Cream butter and sugars together. Then add egg, vanilla and peanut butter.
• In seperate bowl combine flour, oatmeal, bran and soda.
• Add to butter mixture.
• Stir in raisins.
• Drop or spoon dough on pans and press lightly with fork.
• Bake at 350 for 12 minutes.
• Let cool on pans before removing.

RAISIN PEANUT BUTTER BRAN COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil or baking parchment.
• In a large saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add peanut butter and sugar and stir until melted. Remove from heat.
• Transfer to large mixing bowl and stir in bran cereal. Stir in eggs and vanilla and mix well. Fold in raisins and oatmeal and stir until well blended.
• Sift together flour and baking soda and add to mixture. Mix thoroughly.
• Drop dough by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheets. Dip a fork into water and press to flatten dough to 1/2 inch thickness.
• Bake for 15 minutes, or until cookies are lightly colored. Reverse sheet once during baking time. Let stand on wire racks to cool.
