Steps:
- Set oven to broil.
- Place the bread on a cookies sheet.
- Broil with tops about 4 inches from heat until golden brown; turn and broil again until golden brown.
- Spread bread slices with pesto.
- Top with tomato slices, tuna and cheese slices.
- Broil about 1 minute or just until cheese starts to melt.
- Sprinkle with pepper.

PESTO AND BRIE CANAPES
Try to locate a wedge of Brie that comes from the Brie region of France for these great canapés from Word of Mouth in New York City. If the Brie is labeled "Appellation d'Origine Controlee" such as Brie de Meaux it is a quality Brie that tastes nothing like grocery store brie. Rouge et Noir Triple Cream Brie is an excellent alternative to French Brie that is sold in most larger grocery chains. Enjoy!

- Set oven to 350 degrees. Spread pine nuts evenly on a baking sheet and toast until they turn golden, about 5-6 minutes; occasionally shake the pan while they are baking. Coarsely chop the pine nuts and set aside.
- Mix the sun-dried tomatoes with the garlic, Parmesan, olive oil, parsley, basil and pepper in a small mixing bowl.
- Toast the baguette rounds at this point if you want a crispier bottom. They can be served either way - fresh or toasted.
- Place the Brie in a medium mixing bowl and energetically beat until smooth. Spread about a teaspoon of Brie on each baguette slice, top with 1/2 teaspoon pesto, add pine nuts and serve.

- Blend basil leaves, pine nuts, and garlic together in a blender until evenly chopped. Add Parmesan cheese, Romano cheese, and olive oil; blend until smooth.
- Beat cream cheese and Brie cheese together in a bowl until nearly smooth.
- Beat cream in a glass or metal bowl until soft peaks form. Lift your beater or whisk straight up: the whipped cream will form soft mounds rather than a sharp peak. Fold whipped cream into cheese mixture.
- Line a 3 1/2-cup mold with plastic wrap. Spread 1/4 the cheese mixture into the mold; top with 1/3 the basil pesto. Repeat layering 2 more times, ending with cheese mixture. Refrigerate until set, 6 to 24 hours. Turn mold onto a plate and remove plastic wrap.

- Place 6 Sister Schuberts Mini Baguettes on a baking sheet and bake rolls according to directions on package. Cool baguettes.
- Decrease oven temperature to 375 degrees F.
- Carefully slice each Sister Schuberts Mini Baguette in half horizontally. Spread one side of each baguette with pesto.
