PORK CHOPS IN TOMATO SAUCE

Steps:

• In a large nonstick skillet, saute onion and garlic in butter until tender. add pork chops; brown on both sides. In a small bowl, combine the tomato sauce, wine or broth, oregano and pepper; pour over chops. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until tender.

PORK CHOPS BAKED IN TOMATO SOUP

Steps:

• 1. Dredge chops with flour, brown them in hot fat; place chops in baking dish. 2. Combine other ingredients and pour around chops, and cover the dish. 3. Bake in a moderate oven. Remove the cover for the last 15 minutes.

ZESTY BAKED PORK CHOPS

Steps:

• Arrange pork chops in a single layer in a 3 quart oblong baking dish.
• Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes or until chops begin to brown.
• Spoon off excess fat.
• Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine soup, water, vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce, brown sugar, and hot pepper sauce.
• Spoon soup mixture over chops.
• Bake 15 minutes or until done and no pink remains.
• Stir sauce before serving.

PORK CHOPS IN RED SAUCE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Heat a large lightly oiled skillet over medium-high heat. Brown pork chops on both sides.
• Place pork chops in a casserole dish and cover with sliced onions. Dissolve bouillon cube in hot water and mix with tomato soup. Pour soup mixture over pork chops.
• Cover casserole and bake in preheated oven for 1 hour.
