1 Garlic minced
1 Jalapeno chile pepper;
1 tb Prepared mustard
2 tb Honey
2 4-6 oz Pork loin chops

Steps:

  • 1. GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In small bowl, combine mustard, honey, garlic and chile; mix well. If desired, sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper. Brush half of the mustard mixture over both sides of pork chops. 2. When ready to grill, place pork chops on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cook 10-14 minutes or until pork is no longer pink in center, turning once. 3. Meanwhile, place remaining mustard mixture in small microwave-safe dish. Microwave on HIGH for 30 -60 seconds or until mixture comes to a boil. Serve with pork chops. NOTES : TO BROIL: Place food on broiler pan and broil 4-6 inches from heat using times provided above as guide. 24 ounces pork tenderloin
1/3 cup honey
3 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
2 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1/4-1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
hot cooked rice (optional)

Steps:

  • Place pork in a resealable plastic bag set in a shallow dish.
  • For marinade, in a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, the chopped jalapeno peppers, the ginger, and crushed red pepper.
  • Pour marinade over pork. Seal bag; turn to coat pork. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 12 hours or up to 24 hours, turning bag occasionally.
  • Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
  • Drain pork, reserving marinade. Place pork on a rack in a roasting pan.
  • Roast in oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until juices run clear (160 degree F), brushing once with reserved marinade after 10 minutes of roasting.
  • Discard any remaining marinade. Remove and cover with foil; let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.

¼ cup honey
2 tablespoons prepared yellow mustard
1 tablespoon butter
1 ½ pounds center-cut boneless pork chops - 1/2-inch thick
garlic powder, or to taste

Steps:

  • Mix honey and mustard together in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
  • Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and lay pork chops into the hot butter. Sprinkle chops with half the garlic powder and cook until browned, about 3 minutes. Turn chops over, sprinkle with remaining garlic powder, and pan-fry chops for 3 more minutes.
  • Brush honey mustard sauce over chops, turn them over, and cook for 5 minutes; turn chops onto other side and brush with honey mustard sauce. Cook until chops are no longer pink inside and an instant-read meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of a chop reads 165 degrees F (75 degrees C), about 5 more minutes.

4 pork chops
3 tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package chopped jalapenos
1 (10 ounce) package grilling vegetables
1 cup honey
salt
pepper, to taste

Steps:

  • Salt and pepper pork chops to taste, then place on a grill and cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
  • Saute vegetables as instructed on package, or until tender, skewer, and put on grill with the pork chops.
  • To prepare the glaze, melt butter in a small sacepan, until melted.
  • Stir 1 cup of honey, and then stir in 1/2 cup of chopped jalapenos.
  • Continue to cook until jalapenos are tender.
  • Place skewered vegetables and pork chops on a cooling rack, and pour the glaze over the pork chops, and serve.
