- In 10-inch skillet, cook beef and taco seasoning mix as directed on seasoning mix package.
- In large bowl, gently mix lettuce, tomatoes, olives, onions and cheese. Add beef mixture; stir gently to mix.
- Just before serving, add dressing and chips; toss.

This salad can be customized to your family's favorite taco ingredients.

Steps:
- In a large skillet, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in 3 tablespoons taco seasoning., In a large bowl, layer beef mixture, lettuce, beans, onion, tomatoes, cheese and crushed chips. In a small bowl, mix salad dressing, taco sauce and remaining taco seasoning; serve with salad.

Steps:
- Dump lettuce in a large serving bowl (or the lid of Tupperware Serving Center).
- Dump chips in another serving bowl (or the lid of the Serving Center if you didn't put the lettuce in it).
- Mix sour cream and green onion slices; place in center compartment of serving center.
- Place each of remaining ingredients (except chips) into one compartment of the serving center--being artistic in your arrangement so the colors look "nice."
- BRIGHT IDEA #1: Heat up a can of refried beans, slather some on a burrito skin, and use to wrap around a hard-taco shell, then fill shell with fav ingredients--it won't crack!
- BRIGHT IDEA #2: Mix everything up in a bowl, drizzle with Western Salad Dressing, and call it Western Taco Salad.

If necessary, add about 1/3 cup of water and let mixture simmer over medium-low heat until water is dissolved. Remove pan from heat and cool. The taco meat can be prepared a day in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Add all remaining salad ingredients to a large bowl. Add the cooled ground beef. Toss to combine all ingredients. Mix together equal parts Western Dressing and Taco Sauce for the dressing. To avoid soggy chips, be sure to wait until you are ready to eat to toss the ingredients together.
