Time 5m

Yield 3

Number Of Ingredients 7

1 c mango-infused coconut water (This is a great coconut water)
2 frozen bananas (don't worry if they aren't frozen, you can use fresh ones)
1 large mango, peeled and cut up
3 Tbs pink pitaya powder (or whatever amount gives you the color you like)
1 lb frozen peaches
12 oz frozen cauliflower florets
These are the toppings I used: bee pollen granules, fresh mint leaves, hemp seeds, raw cacao nibs, fresh raspberries (mix it up as you see fit)

Steps:

  • Put all ingredients into the blender, except the toppings.
  • Whiz it up until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and become an artist with the toppings.
  • Enjoy!
