PULL-APART MEATBALL SANDWICHES
You get the best of both worlds with this sandwich: plenty of juicy meatballs and gooey cheese, but miniature-sized -- so you don't end up with sauce dripped on your shirt. Put a platter on the table and let everyone grab a piece.

Steps:
- Mix the beef, parsley, breadcrumbs, milk, garlic, egg, 1/2 cup Parmesan and 1 teaspoon each salt and pepper together in a large bowl. Form into twelve 2-inch meatballs.
- Combine the marinara with 1/2 cup water in a large saucepot and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Gently add the meatballs to the sauce and simmer until cooked through, about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the broiler. Split the whole pack of attached dinner rolls in half horizontally. Put the top and bottom halves cut-side up on a baking sheet. Brush with all but 1 tablespoon of the melted butter and broil until toasted, 1 to 3 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread half the mozzarella on the bottom half of the bread. Top with the meatballs, then 1 cup of the marinara sauce. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup Parmesan and top with the remaining mozzarella. Cover with the top bread piece, then brush the roll tops with the remaining tablespoon melted butter. Sprinkle with the remaining tablespoon Parmesan and the Italian seasoning.
- Bake until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted, 12 to 15 minutes. Serve.

Steps:
- Sprinkle flour onto a clean work surface. Lay out the puff pastry sheets next to each other and sprinkle more flour onto a rolling pin. Roll out the pastry, connecting the 2 sheets, until you have a 20x15-inch (50x30-cm) rectangle about ⅛-inch (3 mm) thick.
- Use a pizza cutter or sharp knife to cut the puff pastry into 32 even squares.
- Dollop a teaspoon of marinara sauce on top of each pastry square.
- Place a pre-cooked meatball in the middle of each square.
- Wrap the puff pastry dough around each meatball to form balls.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine the butter, garlic, and parsley.
- Place half of the pastry meatballs into a bundt pan.
- Brush the tops of the balls with garlic butter and sprinkle with half of the mozzarella cheese. Add the rest of the meatballs on top, brush with garlic butter, and finish with the rest of the cheese. Reserve the remaining garlic butter.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Brush the balls at the top of the pan with garlic butter, then invert the meatball ring onto a wire rack-lined baking sheet.
- Brush the top of the ring with more garlic butter.
- Sprinkle mozzarella on top of the ring.
- Bake for another 20 minutes until pastry is lightly golden brown.
- Brush the surface of the ring with leftover butter mixture.
- Transfer to a serving platter and place a small bowl of marinara sauce in the middle of the monkey bread.
- Enjoy!

MINI MEATBALL SLIDERS FOR A PARTY
Provided by Trisha Yearwood
Time 1h5m
Yield 24 mini meatball sliders
Number Of Ingredients 17
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Place the beef and pork in a mixing bowl. Add the egg, breadcrumbs, pesto, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper and half the Parmesan. Gently mix together to incorporate. Scoop out 24 heaping tablespoons meatball mix (each just shy of 1 1/2 tablespoons). Roll the mounds into round meatballs between your palms.
- Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Pour in the olive oil and heat until shimmering. Carefully add the meatballs to the skillet and fry until crispy and brown, 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and discard any remaining oil.
- Halve the potato buns horizontally without separating the buns from each other. Put the bottom buns on the prepared baking sheet and spread 1/2 cup marinara sauce on top. Line up the meatballs on top of the sauce, so that each bun will have its own meatball. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the meatballs. Sprinkle with the basil. Lay the sliced provolone evenly over the meatballs. Place the top buns over the cheese.
- Mix the melted butter and the garlic salt together. Generously brush over the top buns. Sprinkle the remaining Parmesan evenly over the butter mixture.
- Bake until the provolone melts and the topping turns golden brown, about 15 minutes. Slice into individual sliders and serve immediately.
