Beijinhos de Coco são brigadeiros de coco cobertos com coco ralado e decorados com cravo no centro. Esses docinhos marcam presença em festas de aniversário, casamentos, e outras ocasiões. Eles são também perfeitos para dar de presente no Natal já que parecem bolas de neve e também são uma excelente opção para festas com tema do filme Frozen.

- Em uma panela média anti-aderente, misture o leite condensado, coco ralado e a manteiga. Cozinhe sobre fogo médio (boca grande), mexendo sempre com uma colher de pau, até a mistura engrossar e começar a despregar do fundo da panela (cerca de 7 minutos).
- Retire do fogo, misture a baunilha, e espalhe mistura em um prato untado com manteiga.
- Deixe esfriar completamente e , com as mãos untadas, enrole em bolinhas. Use meia colher de sopa como medida. Depois, passe as bolinhas no coco ralado e ponha em forminhas.
- Decore com um cravo em cima (centro) de cada beijinho de coco (opcional). OBS: O cravo é apenas para decoração e deve ser removido antes de comer!!!

Condensed milk cooked with butter and coconut flakes, formed into little candy balls makes this a favorite Brazilian recipe especially at birthday parties. Kids (and adults) love it!

Steps:
- Bring milk and butter to a simmer in a saucepan over medium-low heat. Continue to cook, stirring often, until the milk has reduced to half and thickened, about 20 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in the 1/4 cup coconut, and allow to cool a bit before pouring into a buttered bowl. Chill in the refrigerator until cold, about 2 hours.
- With buttered or oiled hands, form milk mixture into tablespoon-sized balls, and roll in coconut flakes. Stick a clove into each beijinho as decoration.

Steps:
- Put all the ingredients in a heavy saucepan over medium heat and mix constantly with a wooden spoon (about 15 minutes).
- When mixture begins to thicken and begin to loosen from the bottom of the pan when you scrap it with the wooden spoon you know the mixture has completed the cooking cycle.
- Remove from heat and transfer to a greased plate and cool for 15 minutes. Grease your hand very well and roll into 1 inch balls. Drop balls into a plate full of sugar and completely cover the ball.
- These balls are usually served on miniature paper liners.
