- Dans un bol moyen, enrober le poulet de 1 c. à thé de cari et de 1/2 c. à thé de cumin. ##Dans une grande poêle antiadhésive, chauffer 1 c. à soupe d'huile. Y faire revenir le poulet, en remuant de temps à autre, jusqu'à ce qu'il ne soit plus rosé au centre. Retirer le poulet et réserver. ##Dans une casserole, chauffer 1 c. à soupe d'huile et cuire l'oignon à feu doux pendant 3 minutes, en remuant de temps à autre. Ajouter la pâte de tomates, 1/2 c. à thé de cari et 1/2 c. à thé de cumin et remuer pendant 1 minute. Ajouter l'eau et le bouillon de poulet en poudre. Remuer. ##Ajouter le poivron rouge, le brocoli, le couscous, les raisins secs et le poulet. Amener à ébullition à feu vif, puis retirer du feu. Couvrir et laisser reposer 5 minutes. Faire gonfler le couscous à la fourchette avant de servir.
