Steps:
- To make the dough, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in the bowl of a mixer. Pulse just to combine. With the machine running, add the cold water and process just until the dough is combined and all dry ingredients are incorporated, about 10 seconds. Let dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Add the oil to the dough. Process until the dough forms a smooth, tacky ball that clears the sides of the bowl, about 30-60 seconds. Remove the dough from the bowl, knead briefly on a lightly floured work surface, about 1 minute. Transfer to a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 24 hours and up to 3 days. (After refrigerating, the dough can be wrapped tightly in plastic wrap, placed in a zip-top bag and frozen for later use.)
- The dough will not have risen much. Don't worry, this is normal!
- One hour before baking the pizza, preheat the oven to 500˚ F. Remove the pizza dough from the refrigerator and divide in half. Form each half into a ball, place on a lightly oiled baking sheet and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. (If you plan to freeze a portion of the dough, this is the time to wrap in plastic, place in a freezer bag and freeze for later use.)
- To assemble the pizza, flatten dough into an 8-inch disk on the baking sheet, then gently stretch the dough to a roughly 12-inch circle (using a rolling pin if necessary).
- Lightly brush the dough with olive oil. Bake 5-8 minutes. Top with sauce and desired toppings and return to oven. Bake until the cheese is bubbling and slightly browned, another 8-10 minutes. Let cool about 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Steps:
- Combine ingredients in an extra large tupperware.
- Stir until it forms a dough ball. No kneading required!
- Cover, and let rise 90 minutes at room temperature.
- Refrigerate until ready to use. Be sure to provide some small ventilation for the gases produced by rising.
- When ready, pull off a chunk (about 1/4 of the dough). Roll it out and top with your favorite toppings.
- Bake on a pizza stone preheated to 500 degrees for 7-10 minutes (until cheese is bubbly).

Steps:
- OVERNIGHT COLD RISE METHOD: In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in water. Stir in 2 cups of flour and salt; mix well. Stir in the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and supple, about 15 minutes. Place dough in bowl dusted with flour cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- SPONGE RISE METHOD: In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water. Stir in 1/2 cup of flour; mix well. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let rise until foamy, about 1 hour. Blend in remaining water, flour and salt; beat well. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and supple, about 15 minutes. Place dough in bowl dusted with flour and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until doubled, about 2 to 3 hours.
- Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface. Divide the dough into two equal pieces. Roll dough out to half of its final size. Let rest for 10 to 15 minutes (while you prepare desired pizza toppings). Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
- Stretch out dough over your floured knuckles and spin/toss 2 to 3 times until desired size is achieved. Place dough on a baker's peel sprinkled with cornmeal or a lightly greased pizza pan. Spread with desired toppings and bake on a pizza stone in preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.

PIZZA DOUGH
This pizza dough is very easy to put together, and it's enough for four 10-inch-diameter pizzas. It is best if prepared in advance and refrigerated overnight. Refrigerated dough will keep several days. It may also be successfully frozen and thawed. Keeping preweighed individual frozen dough balls on hand makes it easy to have pizza whenever you like. (Thaw dough overnight in the refrigerator or leave at room temperature for several hours.)

Steps:
- Put 1 3/4 cups/420 milliliters lukewarm water in a mixing bowl (use a stand mixer or food processor if you prefer). Sprinkle yeast over water and let dissolve, about 2 minutes.
- Add flour, salt and olive oil and mix well until flour is incorporated and dough forms, about 5 minutes. It may look a little rough or pockmarked.
- Lightly dust a work surface with flour. Turn dough out onto surface and knead lightly until it looks smooth, 3 to 4 minutes. Cut dough into 4 equal pieces, about 8 ounces/225 grams each.
- Wrap dough pieces individually in resealable zipper bags and refrigerate for several hours or, for best results, overnight; you can also freeze it for future use. (You can skip this rise in the refrigerator and use the dough right away, but this cool, slow rise makes it easier to stretch and gives the pizza a crisper texture and more nuanced flavor.)
- To use dough, form each piece into a smooth, firm ball, and place on a flour-dusted or parchment-lined baking sheet. (If you froze the dough, leave it at room temperature for several hours first, or defrost overnight in the refrigerator.) Flour lightly, cover loosely with plastic wrap and top with a kitchen towel. Leave to rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 30 minutes. Each dough ball with make a 10-inch diameter pizza.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten biscuits; layer a pepperoni slice, cheese square and another pepperoni slice on biscuit. Gather edges and pinch closed at top. Place rolls in a small greased pan. Brush tops with egg, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve with warmed marinara sauce.
- Tip: to keep the top from browning too much before baking is complete, cover with tinfoil.
- Tip #2: If you prefer more filling and less dough in each roll, then cut each biscuit of dough in half lengthwise through the middle (like a hamburger bun) and make each roll using half a biscuit rather than an entire biscuit. The dough cuts best using a serrated knife (bread knife) when the dough has barely been pulled from the fridge and is still chilled. I prefer this way.

Toss to coat the dough in the oil, then cover the bowl tightly with plastic wrap and set it aside for at least 1 or up to 2 hours at room temperature, or store in the fridge until you need it, up to 4 days ahead. Bring the refrigerated dough to room temperature before using.
