Steps:
- For an easy post-barbecue treat, sandwich a scoop of softened praline or butter pecan ice cream and a spoonful of caramel sauce between chocolate wafers. Run a knife around the edge to smooth, then roll in chopped pecans, if desired. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze until ready to serve.

- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, butter and egg until well blended. Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. , In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and egg until smooth; spread evenly over batter. , Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
- Place butter in 13 x 9 inch pan and melt in oven. Swirl to coat bottom and sides with butter.
- Spread graham cracker crumbs evenly over bottom of pan. Layer chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and nuts over crumbs. Pour condensed milk over nuts. Sprinkle coconut over condensed milk.
- Bake until edges are golden brown, about 25 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 15 x 10 inch sheet pan.
- Mix together cake mix, butter or margarine, and 1 egg. Press mixture into pan.
- In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, 2 eggs, and confectioners' sugar. Pour mixture on top of cake mixture.
- Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C), and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool, and cut into squares.

PRALINE CHEESECAKE BARS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line the bottom of a 9-by-9-inch square pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
- In a medium bowl, combine the crumbs, granulated sugar and melted butter and press into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake until browned, 8 to 10 minutes. Set aside.
- Increase the oven temperature to 450 degrees F and make the filling.
- Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, then add the brown sugar and flour. Add the eggs 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. Add the vanilla. Fold in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the batter into the crust and bake for 10 minutes. Reduce the oven temperature to 250 degrees F and bake until slightly browned on top, an additional 50 minutes. Allow to cool completely, about 20 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Cut into 9 bars before serving.
EASY CHURRO CHEESECAKE BARS RECIPE BY TASTY

- In a large bowl, cream together butter and brown sugar. Then, add in the eggs and vanilla.
- Once combined, add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix gently until you have a smooth dough. Set aside.
- In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, lime juice and sugar until smooth. Set aside.
- In another small bowl, mix together the cinnamon, chili powder and remaining ¼ cup of sugar. Set aside.
- Line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper.
- First, sprinkle a third of the cinnamon sugar mixture evenly in the prepared pan.
- Spread half of the dough over the cinnamon sugar layer. Then sprinkle another third of the cinnamon sugar mixture over the dough layer.
- Add all of the cream cheese mixture, in a layer, next.
- Then, spread or plop the remaining cookie dough mixture over the cream cheese layer. Top with the remaining cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 35-45 minutes, or until golden brown and no longer jiggly in the middle.
- Cool and serve.

- Heat oven to 350°F
- Spray bottom and sides of 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray. Place cookie mix in bowl; cut in butter using pastry blender or fork until mixture is crumbly, then stir in pecans and toffee bits by hand. Reserve 1 1/2 cups mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of pan. Bake 10 minutes and remove to a rack to cool slightly.
- Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour, 1/4 cup of the caramel topping, vanilla and egg with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over partially baked cookie base. Sprinkle with reserved crumb topping, pecans and toffee bits.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 30 minutes. Refrigerate about 2 hours or until chilled. Drizzle with remaining 1/4 cup caramel topping. For bars, cut into 9 rows by 4 rows. Store covered in refrigerator until serving.

- Heat oven to 350°.
- Arrange graham crackers in single layer in ungreased 15 x 10" jelly-roll pan.
- Heat brown sugar and margarine to boiling in 2-qt. saucepan.
- Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour sugar mixture over crackers; spread evenly.
- Sprinkle with pecans.

- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix butter, 1/2 cup of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract with electric mixer on medium speed. Mix until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the flour; mix on low speed until blended.
- Press on bottom of 13x9-inch pan for 20-23 minutes or until lightly browned.
- Combine cream cheese, remaining sugar and vanilla extract with electric mixer on medium speed. Mix until well blended.
- Add eggs, combining well. Blend in the chips and pour over crust.
- Dot top of mixture with caramel topping and then with a knife, cut through batter for marbled effect.
- Bake 30 minutes, then cool in pan. Chill before cutting into bars.
