Salted Caramel Banana Bread Brownies - crazy good! Homemade banana bread brownies with salted caramel chips. SO easy to make! Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 9x9-inch baking pan. Set aside.
- Melt butter and chocolate chips in a small saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat and cool.
- In a bowl, mix together the vanilla, sugar and mashed bananas. Add the eggs and beat well. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Sift flour and salt and add to banana mixture. Stir in salted caramel chips.
- Fold in ⅔ of the chocolate mixture into the batter. Stirring until just combined. (it can make streaks in the batter)
- Spread batter into prepared pan. Drizzle the remaining chocolate mixture on top of the batter. Use a knife to create streaks of chocolate.
- Bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack 1 hour before cutting. Store leftovers in refrigerator.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray a 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- Whisk flour, baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon salt together in a bowl.
- Beat 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar together in a bowl using an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating just until combined. Beat bananas and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract into butter mixture. Gradually add flour mixture, beating on low speed, just until incorporated. Pour batter into prepared pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in the pan for 20 minutes. Run knife around edges of bread and transfer to a wire rack.
- Heat 1/4 cup brown sugar and 2 tablespoons butter in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly with a whisk, until sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Stir cream into brown sugar mixture and remove saucepan from heat. Stir 1/3 cup confectioners' sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt into cream mixture until glaze is smooth. Drizzle glaze over loaf.

- Heat oven to 325°F. Grease bottom of 8-inch cast-iron skillet with shortening. Make brownie batter as directed on box for cakelike brownies. Spread in skillet.
- Bake 38 to 41 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool 30 minutes.
- In medium microwavable bowl, mix caramel topping and bananas. Microwave uncovered on High 1 to 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute, until bananas are softened and warmed. Pour on top of brownie. Cut into wedges; sprinkle with sea salt.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, mix flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat 1/2 cup butter and 1 cup brown sugar with electric mixer on medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating just until combined. Beat in vanilla and bananas until well blended. Gradually add flour mixture, beating on low speed just until incorporated. Pour batter into pan.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes. Run knife around edges to loosen loaf; remove from pan to cooling rack.
- In small saucepan, heat 2 tablespoons butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly with whisk. Boil and stir 1 minute. Stir in whipping cream. Remove from heat; stir in powdered sugar and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Immediately drizzle over loaf (glaze will harden quickly).
