2 eggs
2 slices bacon
2 sausage patties
2 slices of your preferred cheese
1 bagel

Steps:

  • Cook your bacon first. You'll need the bacon grease. Then cook the sausage over the bacon grease. Add some butter and cook the eggs however you like them. I prefer over hard. Toast your bagel and butter the bagel. Add the cheese, put them all together to form a sandwich. This is very high in calories but very good. If you are watching your weight you might want to find something else to eat.

3 pkg mini bagels
1 lb sausage, mild
1 lb sausage, hot
1 lb velveeta cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Brown sausage, like you do hamburger meat. After browning sauage, drain and squeeze out grease.
  • 2. Put back into pan and cut up cheese into chucks and melt with sausage.
  • 3. Spread on bagels-toast in toaster oven or brown in a 350 degree oven depending on amount.
  • 4. Can be frozen. If frozen, thaw before browning.
