STRAWBERRY PIE BARS

Steps:
- In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Add in flour, salt, baking powder and vanilla. Spread batter into a 13x9 baking dish. Top with strawberry pie filling.
- Bake pie bars in a 350 degree oven for about 28-32 minutes, until edges begin to brown. Allow to cool before adding the glaze.
- For the glaze, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth and creamy. Spoon into a ziploc bag and cut off the tip. Pipe lines of glaze onto cooled bars. Serve warm or refrigerate and enjoy cold.

Steps:
- Place a large metal bowl and beaters from an electric mixer in the freezer.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease an 8-inch square pan with cooking spray.
- Mix crushed graham crackers, butter, white sugar, shortening, and cinnamon in a bowl until well blended. Press into the prepared pan to make crust.
- Bake crust in the preheated oven until set, about 7 minutes. Let cool, about 5 minutes. Refrigerate for 10 minutes. Transfer to the freezer and chill until cool to the touch.
- Beat heavy cream in chilled bowl with an electric mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Beat in confectioners' sugar 1 tablespoon at a time. Add vanilla extract; continue to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Arrange 1 layer of strawberries over chilled crust. Add 1 layer of whipped cream. Repeat with a second layer of strawberries and whipped cream. Top with remaining strawberries. Drizzle strawberry syrup on top.
- Refrigerate pie until set, about 1 hour. Cut into 9 pieces before serving.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Stir 1/2 cup white sugar and cornstarch together in a medium bowl. Mix in 1 cup sliced strawberries at a time.
- Combine flour, remaining 1/2 cup white sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Stir in melted butter and egg with a fork until crumbly.
- Press 1/2 of the crumble mixture into the prepared pan. Cover with strawberry mixture, then top with remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake in the oven until golden brown, about 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool to room temperature, about 20 minutes. Place in the refrigerator before slicing into 16 bars.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a medium bowl, combine the crust ingredients until it is a fine moist crumb consistency. Press the mixture into a sprayed 9x13 pan.
