1/2 cup apple juice
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
1/8 teaspoon cardamom (Finely ground in coffee grinder)
1 clove (Finely ground in coffee grinder)
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1 pinch cinnamon
1 star anise (Finely ground in coffee grinder)
1 star fruit, peeled
1 orange, peeled
1 slice pineapple, 1 inch
1 lime, juice of
4 ice cubes

Steps:

Heat apple juice and spices to a boil.
Simmer five minutes and strain and cool.
Pour apple juice mixture with rest of ingredients into blender and blend till icy smooth.
Drink up!

Absolutely delicious and super fast to fix. These pork chops turn out tender and flavorful! We serve them with a baked potato and green beans. Enjoy!

Ingredients

4 pork chops
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken and stars soup
pepper
garlic powder
paprika

Steps:

Season pork chops with pepper, garlic powder and paprika (do not use salt because the chops will get enough salt from the soup).
Brown them in a skillet and when they are almost cooked through, add one can of chicken with stars soup.
Cover the skillet and continue cooking until the chops are done (15 minutes or so depending on the thickness of the chops).
