4 6-ounce pieces skinless salmon fillet
kosher salt and black pepper
1 pound green beans, trimmed
0.5 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh dill
1 tablespoons chopped capers

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Season the salmon with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Cook until opaque throughout, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  • Meanwhile, in a large saucepan fitted with a steamer basket, bring 1 inch of water to a boil. Place the beans in the basket, cover, and steam until tender, 4 to 5 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, lemon juice, dill, capers, and ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. Serve with the salmon and green beans.

  • Place salmon in a 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon dill. Cover and bake at 375° for 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. , Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the yogurt, sugar, seasoning blend and remaining dill. 1 teaspoon lemon-pepper seasoning
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 small onion, sliced and separated into rings
6 slices lemon
¼ cup butter, cut into small chunks

¼ cup dry white wine
1 tablespoon capers

3/4 cup milk
1 leek, white part only, cut lengthwise into thin strips
4 skinless salmon fillets (1 lb.)
1 cup frozen peas
1 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. chopped fresh dill

Steps:

  • Cook cream cheese spread and milk in large skillet on medium heat 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and sauce is well blended, stirring constantly with whisk.
  • Stir in leeks. Top with fish; cook on medium-low heat 5 min.

1 lb salmon fillet
2 teaspoons dried dill
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
1/3 cup fat free sour cream (for Sauce)
1 tablespoon dried dill (for Sauce)
1 teaspoon parsley (for Sauce)
1 teaspoon lemon juice (for Sauce)
1/2 teaspoon honey mustard (for Sauce)
1 dash lemon pepper seasoning (for Sauce)
olive oil flavored cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  • Spray glass baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
  • Sprinkle lemon pepper and dill seasonings on both sides of the salmon.
  • Bake Salmon at 450 for 7 minutes.
  • Turn over and bake for another 7 minutes.
  • To make the Zippy Dill Sauce, combine sour cream, parsley, lemon juice, honey mustard, and a dash of lemon pepper seasoning.
  • Mix ingredients together until well blended and chill until ready to serve (at least 1 hour).
