- In a large bowl, whisk together sugar and cream until sugar is dissolved.
- Mix in the milk, mashed bananas, and fruit juices.
- Pour mixture into ice cream maker.
- Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.

EGGLESS EASY VANILLA ICE CREAM
Easy to follow recipe I got from the Hamilton Beach Website for my ice cream maker. No eggs which is good for us as we know several little allergic people (who love Ice-cream).

Steps:
- Combine all ingerdients in bowl, mixing well.
- Start the ice cream maker and pour mixture through hole in lid.
- Churn for 20-40 mins or until desired consistancy.
- Variations: Add 1/2 cup mix-ins, such as chocolate chips or chopped nuts, after ice cream has churned for at least 15 minutes or when mixture is thick and has star5ted to freeze.

My dad remembers Grandma Weeks making this ice cream in the 1920s. The flavor is light and subtle. Making this ice cream on the 4th of July is an old tradition in our family. I use my Oster Quick Freeze Ice Cream Maker.

- In a medium saucepan mix sugar and cornstarch. Add the cream, milk and cream cheese. Whisk over medium-high heat until the cream cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth and begins to simmer, about 8 minutes. Simmer for 2 minutes, add vanilla and strain through a fine sieve into a bowl.
- Stir mixture over an ice bath until very cold, then transfer to a container and chill overnight in the fridge. Churn in an ice cream maker; keep frozen in an airtight container for up to a month.
- Alternately you can churn the ice cream immediately after it's chilled over an icebath, or after a few hours in the fridge. Letting it mellow overnight creates a smoother ice cream.

- Pour the heavy cream into a mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer. Whip the cream until it holds stiff, about 3 minutes.
- If you decided to add any mix-in freeze for 2 hours, then swirl in any desired mix-ins with a spoon. Continue to freeze, covered for 4 more hours, or until solid and scoopable.
- Place the dulce de leche in a big mixing bowl. Note: reserve 2 tablespoons of dulce the leche if you want to decorate to the top of the ice cream with swirled dulce de leche, as shown in my photos. This is totally optional. If you don't want to do this just place the entire contents of the can in a bowl and reserve.
