SKILLET PIZZA CASSEROLE
A quick and easy one dish dinner.You can vary the ingredients depending on what you like on your pizza.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Cook ground beef in a large ovenproof or cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until brown and crumbly.
- Drain well; return beef to skillet.
- Add marinara sauce and optional veggies to beef in skillet; mix well.
- Sprinkle mozzarella over top.
- Unroll pizza dough.
- Spread dough over top of beef mixture and mozzarella in skillet.
- Trim with scissors to fit dough just inside skillet.
- Discard excess dough.
- Sprinkle top of dough with Parmesan.
- Bake casserole in skillet until crust is brown, about 15 minutes.
- Remove skillet from oven; let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Cut into wedges.

- Cook noodles according to package directions.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion, garlic and green bell pepper. Drain excess fat. Stir in the noodles, pepperoni, pizza sauce and milk, and mix well. Pour this mixture into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 minutes, top with the cheese, then bake for 5 to 10 more minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. , Transfer to 2 greased 13x9-in. baking dishes. Sprinkle with cheese. Arrange pepperoni over the top. , Bake, uncovered, 25-30 minutes or until heated through. - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease. Stir in sauce, mushrooms, and olives. Cook and stir until heated through, about 2 minutes more. Transfer mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
- Flatten each biscuit with your hands and arrange on top of the cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven until biscuits are golden, 15 to 17 minutes.
