SLOPPY JOE BISCUIT CASSEROLE
Sloppy Joe Biscuit Casserole is an easy ground beef casserole recipe loaded with French's fried onions, shredded mozzarella, cheddar and topped with Pillsbury biscuit pieces.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Dump ground beef into a large saute pan over medium-high heat, along with a dab of butter or margarine.
- Add the diced onion to the pan with the ground beef.
- Crumble the ground beef well as it cooks.
- When the ground beef is completely cooked, turn off the heat and drain the excess grease from the pan.
- Dump the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar and onion powder into a medium mixing bowl. Stir well.
- Add the sauce mixture to the pan with the ground beef.
- Stir until the ground beef is all coated in sauce.
- Add the French's fried onions to the pan and stir well again.
- Dump the sloppy joe mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.
- Open the package of biscuits and cut each one into 6 pieces.
- Place the biscuit pieces on top of the cheese, spacing them out as evenly as possible.
- Place the dish in the oven and bake the casserole until the biscuits are nicely browned. 22-25 minutes.
- Serve and enjoy!

- In 10-inch skillet, cook ground beef, onion, and celery over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
- Stir in remaining ingredients except biscuits. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly heated. Spoon mixture into ungreased 8-inch square (2 quart) glass baking dish.
- Separate dough into 10 biscuits; cut each in half crosswise. Arrange biscuit pieces, cut side down, on hot beef mixture.
