Steps:
- Cut the beef on a diagonal, across the grain into slices 1" wide and place in the crock pot.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining ingredients.
- Pour over the meat, and mix.
- Cover and cook on Low for 3 to 5 hours.
HAMBURGER STEAKS WITH ONION GRAVY

- FIRST STEP:In a mixing bowl combine the ground beef, egg, breadcrumb, garlic powder, salt and black pepper. Bring the meat together and form into 8 even hamburger steaks. SECOND STEP:Place a saute pan on medium heat and add the vegetable oil. Lay the hamburger steaks into the saute pan and cook for 5 minutes on each side. THIRD STEP:Once the meat is browned on all sides transfer to a plate and cover with aluminum foil to keep in heat. In the same saute pan add the onions, cook for 10 minutes. FOURTH STEP:Then add the chopped garlic, cook for 1 minute. Stir the flour into the onions and cook out for 1 minute. FIFTH STEP:Gradually pour the beef broth into the saute pan and whisk continuously to form a gravy. Reduce the gravy for 10 minutes until thickened, season with Worcestershire sauce, salt and black pepper. SIXTH STEP:Place the hamburger steaks into the onion gravy and warm through, serve immediately. Enjoy!

CROCK POT BARBEQUE BURGERS
These easy-to-make hamburgers in the crock pot are smothered in BBQ sauce and covered with yummy caramelized onions!

- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, oregano, onion powder, lemon pepper, and salt. Divide the mixture and form into 4 patties.
- Spray the bottom of the slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray. Place the burgers in the bottom of the crock, in a single layer.
- Cover the burgers with the barbecue sauce, and cook on low for 3-4 hours, until they reach an internal temperature of 160 degrees F.
- When the burgers are almost done, slice the onion into rings.
- Melt the butter in a large saucepan over medium high heat, then add the onions.
- Toss the onions to coat with the butter, then allow them to cook, stirring frequently, until they become browned and caramelized.
- Build your burgers with buns, cheese, and lettuce as desired. Drizzle a little extra barbecue sauce over the burger, then pile on some of the caramelized onions.

- 1. Combine beef, salt, pepper, milk and bread crumbs. Mix well. Form into patties. Brown in saucepan and drain.
- 2. Combine brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and ketchup in slow cooker. Add ground beef patties, pushing them down into the sauce, so that each one is well covered.
- 3. Cover. Cook on Low 4 to 6 hours.
