Nothing beats this warm and creamy Slow Cooker Ritz Chicken. We serve it with rice so we can add all the creamy sauce to the top. It's one of our favorite recipes.

4 chicken breast ((boneless and skinless))
10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
1/8 teaspoon pepper ((or to taste))
1/2 cup unsalted butter ((melted))
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

Steps:

  • Place chicken breast in the slow cooker.
  • To a mixing bowl add cream of chicken soup and sour cream. Season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix together well.
  • Spread your mixture on to chicken in the slow cooker.
  • In a separate bowl combine melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers then add to the top of the chicken in the slow cooker.
  • Cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 4-5 hours.

10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
2 cups sour cream
1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz Crackers
1/2 cup butter (melted)
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 Tablespoon parsley (for garnish)

Steps:

  • Combine the soup and sour cream in a bowl and set aside.
  • In another bowl mix together cracker crumbs and melted butter.
  • Place chicken in slow cooker that has been sprayed lightly with non stick cooking spray.
  • Spoon the soup mixture over the chicken and sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
  • Garnish with parsley before serving.

This Slow Cooker Chicken Casserole with Ritz Crackers combines tasty chicken with zesty sour cream, cream soups, buttery Ritz crackers, and seasonings for a hearty, flavorful slow cooker dinner.

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts ((about 4 medium chicken breasts))
1¼ cups sour cream
½ tsp black pepper
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10.5 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
4 tbsp butter ((melted))
1¼ cups Ritz crackers ((crushed))
½ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Add cream of chicken soup, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and 1 tsp of black pepper to the slow cooker. Mix everything together.
  • Place chicken in sauce and completely coat.
  • In a small bowl add Ritz crackers, ½ tsp black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and butter. Mix everything together and evenly spread over the chicken.
  • Cover and cook on high for 2½ to 3½ hrs or on low for 6 to 7 hours.
  • Serve while hot over rice.
