SNICKERS BAR BLONDIES
Snickers Bar Blondies are absolutely awesome. These fantastic brownies are filled with Snickers Bars so they're filled with chocolate, caramel and peanut butter in every bite. But be warned! These amazing cookies are addictive. You're going to want more than one!

Steps:
- Unwrap all of the mini Snickers Bars and coarsely chop as desired.
- Set aside in bowl while mixing blondie batter.
- In a mixing bowl, cream butter, sugars, eggs, vanilla, baking powder and salt with an electric mixer, and mix well.
- Stir in unbleached flour and chopped Snickers Bars with a wooden spoon.
- Spread into greased 9x13" glass baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the vanilla. Beat in the eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, spices and salt; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan., Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over top. Bake until set and golden brown, 35-40 minutes. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

- In a heavy bottomed saucepan met together the butter and brown sugar. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved. Cool to warm.
- Sift together the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to the bowl, beating with a hand mixer until fully combined.

- Prepare an 8-inch baking pan. If your pan has a removable bottom, line it with parchment. If your pan does not have a removable bottom, line with a large piece of aluminum foil or baking parchment so that the 2 sides overhang. Spray with nonstick cooking spray.
- Whisk cooled melted butter and brown sugar together in a mixing bowl. Whisk very well until all of the butter is absorbed into the sugar, not separated. You also want your butter to be cooled so when you whisk in the egg, it doesn’t cook. I melt the butter about three-fourths of the way in the microwave then let the residual heat melt the rest of the butter. This saves on cooling time.
